On March 7 Litchfield Hills Audubon Society member Vickie Dauphinais presented to a small crowd at the Litchfield Community Center and to a
Zoom audience her presentation "Making Your Windows Safer for Wild Birds."
Vickie's presentation was quite interesting and very informative. She talked about how big a deal bird-window collisions are, the reasons behind these collisions, and what we can do to reduce them. Vickie also had on hand, at the community center, samples of some of the effective products that can be used to help reduce bird window strikes.
