Robert J.Klee, Ph.D., J.D., a lecturer at the Yale School of the Environment and the Yale Law School and a former commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, presented a very informative presentation on Monday, February 7 on Climate Change — how it affects birds among many other concerns. He shared with us his knowledge on the subject of Climate Change and what some of the reasons are for concern. National Audubon says, and he agrees, that we need to dramatically reduce carbon emissions and offset what we cannot eliminate, for instance by maintaining healthy forests or supporting sustainable agricultural practices. Robert provided many ideas and suggestions on what we, as individuals, can do in reducing the causes that affect Climate Change.
Here is the link that will take you to the Zoom recording of LHAS's meeting and Robert's presentation:  <Climate Change>
This link is available for 60 days and during this time you can view or download the recording to your computer(recommended).
Additionally, here is a link to view Robert's presentation on LHAS's YouTube Channel <Climate Change YouTube>
I have also, included a link for you to download the slides Robert used during his presentation. This could be very helpful when talking to others about Climate Change. <SlideShow>
Enjoy!
